Glen Times - The Missing Edition

Here's your missing edition of The Glen Times! It was actually published on Sunday, March 29, but your friendly neighborhood blogger here has had serious glitches in her brain lately (I can blame it on all this great new Russell video and stuff I've been seeing--he looks and sounds so great, it's just messing with my ability to process thoughts coherently!), so it's just now going up! There'll be another edition tonight, so get this one in quick while there's still time!

How's this for a Sunday issue? Another huge one for you!

First off, there's a reminder to RSVP as soon as you can about Sid's birthday party. I think Colleen and I will be a little busy that day with um, things but maybe one of our cub reporters will cover this historic event.

Let's get the ball rolling.

Kim Barret get's a welcome to the Glen but I'm not sure its a pleasant one.

Speaking of welcome, some unwelcome critters find their way into Maximus' wheat. Cort is on the job and so is Jimmy Kelp. They may have something besides riding in common.

There's some enlightenment for Toni when she finally meets the missing half brother. Maybe more than she bargained for.

Arthur too feels the sadness of the news about the Mill. It's spreading through the community like wildfire.

Colin is feeling stress of another kind. The big green monster has risen up because of the big blue monster again. Ain't that the way it goes. Has he still got it for Kate?

His mind is taken elsewhere for a bit with the fire at the Mill. The rumor of the stranger has him wondering as I'm sure a few others will be asking questions soon.

It's short lived for Colin though when Abby calls him on the torch he may still be carrying for Kate. Maybe things will work out for him this time around. Admitting something is the first step to getting over it.

Zack Grant arrives at the Glen just in time for a wedding. A 'simple act of kindness' from Ahnna and Alistair contributes to his thoughts on staying but his hosts have a bit of bad luck.

Richie and Toni have a little talk about his son Michael aka Mike. She's one smart cookie, that's for sure. You'll see what I mean.

Who is Tommy Gavin and why is he headed for the Glen. We'll all find out soon enough but the first leg of his journey has some interesting turns.

I could say the same for Alex Ross. He has a conflagration of his own but its more of a perfect 'Storm" than a house fire.

Meet Mark Van der Brecken. He's Ivy's brother and he shares a thought or two with us from back in the States. Will we see him at the Glen soon?

Do Jack and Bridgid ever sleep. Oh I think they do and very soundly.

Dan is lacking something regarding Libby. It's not desire, its confidence. She may have just what it takes to turn him around, either that or she's stepping right into a hornets nest.

So that's all for tonight. It's a bit issue so take your time, relax and read. As ususal there isn't a bad piece in it. Kudos to all of our writers.
