LAC is a true film noir. I haven't laid my pudgy little fingers on the special two disc edition yet but it won't be long before its humming in my dvd player.

Our man, Russell Crowe plays Bud White, a gritty brute of a cop who for some reason reminds me a lot of my father. Well, why not. My dad was a man of the fifties, a man of his time and Bud White fit right into the mold.

This is one of my favorite Russell Crowe films but I have to admit that the entire cast fit together so perfectly that I became was lost in the film.

They don't make em like LAC too often. This blogger reccomends the film and ..hey if anyone wants to buy me a Christmas present....the special edition would suit me just fine.
