Tenderness release?

I'm hearing rumors of a release, finally! http://www.greenestreetfilms.com/f_tenderness.html Greenstreet doesn't have much to say but Lionsgate has even less. http://www.lionsgatefilms.co.uk/films.php?id=107 Based on the book by bestselling author Robert Cormier, TENDERNESS is about a violent teenager, Eric, whose path intertwines with Lori, a 16-year old runaway who cannot resist his charm. Russell Crowe plays Lieutenant Cristofuoro, a cop who sets out to unravel Eric’s complicated past. Sounds like a must see to me.

I'm thinking this is beyond rumor at this point but we shall see. If Russell Crowe is in negotiations to star in this film which is an adaptation of Tim Winton's novel about a couple involved in a loveless marriage, I'll be pretty chuffed.

Yeah Yeah Yeah, I'm a blogging fool today. I took a break from working on the screenplay to ..play. It'll be back to the grind tomorrow before I have one angry director (who worked with Clint Eastwood and could possibly make my day) attempt to hurt me.
